Can I get my order in a rush?

On certain products we can help you with this.  Certain items we can produce quicker than others so please feel free to contact us and let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate.  

Can I just call or email my order in?

Yes. Although we feel you will find this site super easy to order from… you are more than welcome to call us at 519-421-1453 or email rick@wscimage.com to place an order or answer any questions you have.

How do I pay for my order?

You may pay for your order by eTransfer or credit card.  Whichever is easier for you.  Your invoice will come from WSC Image.

Can I get samples to try on?

We can provide you with sample sizes for your team/cmpany to try on.  We will invoice you for the samples at regular price.  You have 15 days to return the samples for a full refund.  Should you decide to keep the samples after 15 days we offer a 20% discount for the blank sample items.

I don’t see “Product X” on the site is it available?

We do try and keep the Team Gear site stocked & updated with the most popular products.  However if you see a product you want and it is not listed please email rick@wscimage.com and I will find your item.
